Installation & Training

Step 1: Schedule Your Installation

Step 2: Prepare for your installation

  1. Check your email. There will be a confirmation with a link and session ID for your Zoho Assist meeting.
  2. Prepare your Device. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, and that the admin account is being used.
  3. Contact any IT administrators and confirm that you will be able to download new software.

Step 3: During the installation

  1. Open the Zoho Assist session link. 
  2. Download the application. 
  3. Open the application.
  4. Click join to allow the technician to access your device remotely.
  5. The technician will install the application. 
  6. Please stay available in case the technician has any questions, or needs additional permissions granted. 
  7. Once the installation is complete please schedule your training.
